An additional partnering option that does not involve equity is to partner for a specific period of time at a specific rate. For example, you could do X, she could do why for one year and split the proceeds of all sales 50%. Thereafter, the proceeds could be divided another way, depending on whether or not she wanted to continue in the business or if you had produced other products, content, sales channels, etc. separate from her.
