Thanks for joining me during this week's live Video Office Hours session.
This week I answered questions about:
- the business model for reviews sites,
- the increasing importance of content aggregators and filters for online news,
- an easy way to position yourself as an expert online,
- how to incentivize customers to spread your marketing messages for you,
- affiliate marketing programs, and
- private label rights (PLR) products, too.
This video session was a busy 1/2 hour!
Watch this fr.e-e video for my detailed opinions on these topics and more.

Scott,
I am an eRiches reader who has experiences significant frustration on my first visit to your site.
I read throough Chapter 6 before making a list of things I wanted to see online.
It included:
Updates on eRiches (book)
subscribe to newsletters
visit feedblitzreview.com and email-review.com
subscribe to the hidden book offer
The last is the only thing I succeeded at easily. This is really disturbing because your book is very exciting to me and I am looking forward to finishing it- but not with the enthusiasm I had before going online. I thought you would like to know the details because you asked for my opinion early on in the process- before I had a strong opinion. Then when I wanted to let you know about this do you think I could find a "contact us" link? Nope! Even the link that said something like "We get so many emails just leave a comment on our blog". I clicked it and it just took me to the main page again!
I finally found a link to SUBSCRIBE to eRiches updates, which I did.
When I tried to visit the 2 above mentioned websites neither were successful, even after double-checking sites URL.
I have to say that when you are looking for something specific your webpage's "clutter" only adds to the frustration. Sorry but that's where I'm at and I thought you'd appreciate an honest opinion. I'm not sure of the solution but a "newbies" page to get established before "graduating" to the big boys site. At first it seems condescending but really would be a customer service.
Thanks Scott

Hi Brian,
That feedback is SUPER helpful. Thank you for sharing it, and in such detail.
I'm glad that you figured out as much as you did. We'll fix those URLS asap, too.
Thanks very much for being honest and sharing your feedback.
Best regards,
Scott Fox
