"Free SEO in Plain English" is the new topic for this month's Instant Internet Business Secrets program. IIBS Subscribers like YOU voted and "search engine optimization" came out as the most-requested topic.
I think that SEO is a great topic choice for this month's Special Report package. With over 1.5 billion people online today, the search engines should be your site's #1 source of fr-ee traffic because they help all those buyers and sellers to find each other.
By better positioning your e-business web site in the search engine rankings, your site can attract its share of these millions of potential customers, too. And the search engine optimization techniques I recommend are all fr-ee!
SEO Overcomplicated by Consultants
Unfortunately, search engine optimization is often overcomplicated by SEO consultants. It is technical but the basics are really not that difficult to understand.
So, I wrote this Report so you won't be intimidated by SEO any more!
If you subscribe to the Instant Internet Business Secrets program, you'll see that this month's package reveals:
- The simple, fre-e techniques I have personally used to rank #1 on Google for multiple web sites
- How to find the best keywords to promote your business online
- The key signals and signs that your web site needs to alert the search engines for proper categorization and top rankings
- F-r-ee tools you can use to diagnose and improve your site's SEO problems
- How to find and implement the best link exchanges to improve your site's SEO
Plus, lots of "plain English" explanations (and screenshots) on more technical topics like keyword density, meta tags, anchor text, and other critical topics for SEO success.
This month's "F-ree SEO in Plain English" IIBS subscribers-only package will save you a lot of money AND make you a better online marketer.
Update: The "Free SEO in Plain English" Special Report package is not free but the techniques it teaches for SEO improvement are free. You must subscribe to the Instant Internet Business Secrets program to access the Report and accompanying materials. (That IIBS subscription currently costs only $19.95/month. It's a great deal and comes with a 100% money-back guarantee, too. Grab it now before the price goes up again!)

Hi Scott, I couldn't be more unhappy to have opened your email and seen your offer for a free seo report for subscribers like me who voted.
Come to find out you are trying to get me to pay for the report you advertised as free? Is this how you reward your loyal fans who trust you and click through expecting what you implied would be given?
I spent a stupid amount of time filling out your far-too-long survey recently. I left a five-star review on your book which is, I believe, still the spotlighted review on Amazon. I bought your book for my MOM for goodness' sake.
I deserve way freaking better than to be lied to by someone I trust. I get all kinds of emails from big and small marketers, and this is the first time I wandered around a site expecting something that was implied to be a free gift and it wasn't given. I'm not an idiot either - your email was confusing and misleading.
Don't do this again. I'm already this close to unsubscribing and yanking my review, even though it would hurt my reviewer ranking. I really, really don't like being lied to, particularly not when I've gone out of my way to evangelize for you.

Hi Gen,
Thanks for your comment.
You've made a great point and I apologize!
The report itself is titled "Free SEO" because it’s about free tools/techniques for improving search engine rankings. We didn't intend to imply that the report itself was free but I can obviously see how you interpreted it that way.
Also, the "subscribers" we referred to we meant as paying subscribers to the Instant Internet Business Secrets program, not general subscribers to the free email list.
And the “voting” was not the survey you took last fall but an Instant Internet Business Secrets subscribers-only survey that just took place earlier this month.
3 strikes - we're out!!
Both perspectives make sense but yours is clearly more accurate and fair. If you’re not already subscribing to the Instant Internet Business Secrets program, of course you don’t know about these other activities.
I didn’t mean to be deceptive but it sure did unintentionally come out looking that way.
I apologize. We have updated the post above to be more specific about both what “free” and “subscriber” means in this context.
Thank you for writing and for your detailed feedback.
I hope your Mom still liked the book!

Wow, um, thank you Scott! That's an extremely gracious letter and I appreciate knowing exactly what it is you were referring to in each of those cases. I totally didn't know, I thought about it before posting that comment, and concluded since none of those three things you mentioned made any sense to me, that you'd gone over to the dark side of internet marketing as so many do - becoming spammy and misleading in an effort to make money off the relationships you had built.
Thank you very much for explaining your side of things so that I can see it was an honest misunderstanding. I feel a lot better and I appreciate knowing you're still human.
And - yes - my Mom loved the book! She is beginning her own blog soon in the hopes of connecting with other people with a similar disability who want to keep a positive mindset while making the necessary lifestyle changes. She's hoping one day to develop information products and make a small income on selling affiliates' products. She thought your book was really inspiring and explained things in a way that felt uplifting and exciting to her and yet was clear enough for her to understand. Before I sent it to her she thought that anything related to the internet had to be a scam - now she's seeing the real potential for friendships and making a living helping others - like you do.
Thank you again for your personal response. I apologize for jumping to conclusions.

Whew! Thanks, Gen.
:)
p.s. keep your eyes open for my new book. It will be out in June. Your mom will love it!

WOW! That was complete BULLSHIT! Did you write that response yourself? Who would believe that after you marketed this as free CLEARLY trying to deceive the reader that anyone would respond so happily to your load of crap. I bought and read your first book, but after reading this I think I'm done with your low budget deceitful site and their is no point in me buying your second book. Thank you for making my decision such and easy one!
